Arsenal are said to be scouting highly rated Dutch youngster Georginio Wijnaldum
Arsene Wenger sent scouts to monitor the PSV Eindhoven attack during Holland’s friendly with Portugal earlier this week and had chief scout Steve Rowley tracking the former Feyenoord man last term.
The 22 year old has impressed since moving to the Philips Stadion, scoring 35 goals in his two seasons at PSV and Wenger may feel that the cultured forward would suit his side’s style of play.
Wijnaldum can play either on the wing or in an advanced central midfield role and having seen a number of his team-mates league PSV this summer, Kevin Strootman and Dries Mertens moving to Roma and Napoli respectively, the youngster may feel tempted by the chance of a move to the Premier League.
