Malaga are set to make another offer for Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner as they continue their search for a high-profile attacker.
Despite signing quite a few new players this summer, los Boquerones still haven’t managed to reinforce their attacking department.
After their negotiations with Roma striker Marco Borriello failed to materialize, Malaga officials are set to reignite interest in Danish star Nicklas Bendtner.
New boss Bernd Schuster is confident he will be able to control the player’s fiery character and is eager to lure him to La Rosaleda.
Malaga chiefs have already held talks with Bendtner’s representatives, but it remains to be seen whether they can reach an agreement over the personal terms.
The 25-year-old, who has spent last six months on loan at Juventus, is likely to be available on a cut-price deal this summer, with Arsenal looking to part ways with the player who has utterly failed to live up to the expectations at the Emirates.
