Liverpool striker Luis Suarez is reportedly considering taking legal action against the club to facilitate his potential move to Arsenal.
The player's agent Pere Guardiola insists that the club promised to allow his client to leave if an offer exceeding £40m was placed by a team in the Champions League
Suarez's camp claims that Liverpool did not have the right to reject the Gunners' offer of £40,000,001 and are considering taking the club to court over the matter, according to the report.
Liverpool are believed to have argued that the striker's contract clause merely obliges them to inform him if an offer of more than £40m is tabled.
Guardiola is said to have told Suarez that he believes Chelsea and Real Madrid have made enquires that have not been passed on by Liverpool
