Chelsea are determined to keep David Luiz and will tell interested clubs that he is not for sale at any price. Luiz continues to be targeted by some of Europe’s top sides following impressive performances for club and country.
Bayern Munich are the latest club to have contacted his advisors and are planning to make a £35million bid for his services.
Both Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain have also registered their interest and feel they can lure the 26-year-old away from Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea have no plans to cash in on their prize asset, who joined the Blues from Benfica in a £25m deal in 2011.
Luiz signed a new five-year contract just 10 months ago and has been earmarked as a future captain of the side
